I always get my beer to go. Never had a problem with them, I think the review below mine (by Kara) is a little too harsh and she was probably on the rag and took everything to heart. It's not the Brewery's fault that your man looked like he had more money than you. more

SEXIST!!! 2/29/2012

When we walked in, we were greeted by Fred and he seated us. As he dove into his spiel about everything being natural, he spoke directly to my husband, only glancing at me twice for less than a second. Not impressed. It got worse. When we left, Fred said to my husband, ""thank you sir!"" like my husband was the only one who paid the bill (we split the bill like we always do). Fred is the reason why I will never come back here again. Sexist pig! The beer was disgusting. I have never seen my husband leave a half empty beer on the table. That says a lot! The only great thing about this restaurant was the food. Really good food and the garlic fries were surprisingly awesome. A bit overpriced though... more

I have been to this restaurant many times. The food has always great. It has a very unusual menu with some very fun dishes. Sunday brunch is great too! The beer they have is fantastic. They will let you sample them in the most adorable minature beer mugs. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been very helpful & friendly. Eating indoors is nice, but the best is to eat outside on their patio. It is so cozy and has a very relaxed atmosphere. You should definitely go to the Bohemian!! more

Terrible Service and Management doesn't seem to care 8/23/2010

I went there with several friends for Sunday Brunch and was waited on by Aldren. Not only was he rude, but I also believe he was drunk. I watched him make lame attempts at speaking too many times to count and when it was finally too much to bear (after about 45 minutes) we just left. \r \r I called back and attempted to talk to the manager because it is my belief that you have no right to complain about these sort of things unless you try to bring it to someones attention but the woman I talked to did not seem to care. Not even when I informed her that my waiter appeared to be intoxicated and was slurring his speech. \r \r I will not go back, which is unfortunate because I actually enjoyed the beer.\r \r It's a sad state of affairs when there is no service in the service industry.\r \r more

Watch your bill ! 4/26/2010

I went there 1st of April with some friends . When I paid the bill I didn't think anything of it but when I went to balance my check book they have billed me 10.00 more then I greed too. Pros: Food is great Cons: You will end up giving 20% regardless of service more

If you're looking for something just a little bit different than your ordinary, bland, Utah food... then this is the place! The blackberry brandy chicken is awesome and the PIROGIES & BRATWURST are amazing!\r The service is always good, even on busy nights and the atmosphere is fun, relaxed and coooool. \r This place attracts good people and provides for mellow vibes. The beer is great too! Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Beer, Service Cons: None that I know of more

Loved this place 3/19/2008

So, here's the deal. My girl and I went here ( we've never been before) and we weren'treally expecting what we found. The food was great, she had pork schnitzel and I the pub steak, but that's not what I'llremember. What I took with me was the outstanding service. Our server made us laugh and we really enjoyed her company. She reccommended a great Shiraz in addition to a wonderful dessert of fruit dumplings.\r Again the food was good, but it's the service I'll come back for.\r Pros: Service. Marcee and Karen had us crying we were laughing so hard. Cons: None to speak of. more

Food was fair, auto gratuity? 3/17/2008

Three of us decided to dine at the Bohemian as the other places we tried had over an hour wait. We were told the wait was 20 minutes, and it was. The place was busy so I had good expectations. It took a little longer to receive our food than what I expected it would take, and the food was fair. I would definately drive out of the way and go to Redrock or Squatters if I wanted to dine at a pub again. What I was most surprised at was the added gratuity to my ticket when there was only 3 of us. I expect the gratuity to be added when I've dined in groups of 6 or more, but there was only 3 of us. As I already mentioned, the food was fair and the service was ok. I feel it's wrong for restaurants to assume your dining experience was exceptional and they feel they should receive a full gratuity, because I don't think I would have tipped a full 18%. more

EXCELLENT! 2/5/2008

Love this place! GREAT food, great prices, great beer. Great atmosphere...what more is there? I would go dine here on the regular. I have nothing but good things to say. I got the drunken chicken which was good, my boyfriend got the fish and chips and it was so so good. I'm going to try the brats next time. Pros: Everything! Cons: None that I experienced more

We've been visiting different places in the valley each Sunday in order to search out THE perfect place to refuel for the onset of a new week. \r \r Today, my friend..........\r we found it.\r \r The Bohemian offered a great atmosphere and phenomenal service! Our server, Marcee, made us smile on each approach to the table. We ordered Eggs Benedict and Halibut Fish N' Chips (at Marcee's reccomend) and the meal was wonderful. \r \r We travel quite frequently for business and are always appreciative of great food and exceptional service when it comes our way. \r \r As I told Marcee today, we will definately be back ! Pros: Service! Look for HER, She's great! Cons: non to speak of.....she even changed the music when I made a comment about the slow jazz muzak playing and put on some very cool B.B. King. more

My partner and I visited this restaurant on an admittedly busy Friday night, but holy mother of god, the service was AWFUL!! Everything took much longer than I would expect, and the food was cold when we finally got it. My partner's steak was atrocious and undercooked, and we didn't want to send anything back b/c we weren't ready for the kind of time committment that would result in. My food was okay (brats and pirogies (sp?)) but cold. This may not be the norm, (I worked as a waitress at one time, and I know she was stoned. That or just truly horrible at her job), but we won't be returning. We moved here recently from Seattle, and the service in general in UT is not as good as we're used to, (not to say we haven't had great servers here, we have, just in general it's not up to par), but this was frickin ridiculous. Even if the food had been outstanding, we wouldn't return. Pros: Nice atmosphere, if you like ski lodges Cons: see above more

Beer was fantastic, food was even better! 11/8/2006

Went to Bohemian Grill for the first time the other night and was fully impressed. The interior is not much to look at but provoked a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I tried to the bratwurst and sauerkraut with the pirgories and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back to sample their other entrees or even just to relax over some good beer. My husband I love this place. We use to frequent it more when we lived closer. We really do miss it. The beer is wonderful!!!! The garlic fries are my fave!! I have never ever had a bad meal. I will admit the service can be slow at times, but a great place to drink beer, eat some apps and kick it. Pros: Beer, Fries, Beer Cons: Slow Service Sometimes more

Great food 6/11/2005

I eat here at least once a month ... Great for Lunch or Dinner Every thing is good ... I love their mashed potatoes. Don't miss the scooter collection on the loft level ... its good conversation. I don't drink but it's good american and german food. If you 're in a large group ask to be seated upstairs ... Pros: The Food Cons: easy to miss more

Wonderful European Cusine 4/26/2005

I'm not a beer drinker, although I'm told the four different kinds are quite good, so I only go for the food. Although they have traditional ""American"" items, there are other places you can get those things. Come and enjoy the Goulash or the stuffed pork chop. Their daily specials are always worth a look. Brat is a house favorite, and the crapes are very traditional. I keep going back for the dishes I can't get at other places. If I want fries, I'll go to a burger store. A warm and friendly atmosphere will keep you going back. Pros: No Reservations, Easy access, Easy free parking Cons: Ave- higher prices more

To Eat at Brewer or not to eat 5/18/2004

I've heard things about the Grill from my friends. Upon eating at the grill I had some positive experiences and some negative. I would highly recommend their Garlic Bulb or any of their appetizers and salads. But not eating their pizza. If you want a place for good Easter European food, this is your best bet. Comfortable atmosphere, good food and great service. This is a place to come regularly. Try the blackberry brandy chicken or one of the pastas. Don't forget dessert. Helen makes the best fruit dumplings with a vanilla cream sauce. All desserts big enough to share. Pros: Good food!, service more
