Loved my facial with Sarah on Friday!! Very relaxing! Only thing I wondered about was when I called in to make my appt. I said I wanted the Bontanical Skin Resufacing Facial which is about $90-100 and when I went to pay for it, mine cost #70. So, I don't think I got the facial I wanted... more

Best Salon around! 2/2/2012

I have been going to Body & Sol for a 5 years and when you can walk in with your idea on how you want your hair done but end up walking out with what your hair dresser wanted instead is trust. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they always make you feel comfortable. I reccomend everyone to stop in for a great experience. more

Tami was great she did a wonderful job filling in for Steph. I do think if you have a stylest that cancels on the clients as a gesture there should be some sort of compensation a discount of some sorts as the clients make plans around these appt and as the customer we are inconvienced. thanks more

This was not my first time at Body&Sol Aveda! I never expect anything less than amazing service and welcoming attitudes from everyone there! This particular time I was very pleased. I came in not knowing what to do with my hair but needing a change. The color and cut I received was nothing short of amazing!! I will never get my hair cut anywhere else! more

Not the normal Body and Sol experience 1/9/2012

I looked forward to a cut and color appointment all week and traveled a very significant distance expecting a relaxing salon experience. A situation occurred yesterday where a child was brought in for a hair cut and he became extremely upset and raged and screamed at the top of his lungs for 30-40 minutes. The situation was not handled well at all for the amount of time that it was allowed to go on. I don't feel like it's okay to compromise the spa atmosphere that customers pay significant amounts of money for. more
