Unfortunately I cannot give Bobby Jones Electronics negative ratings.
This has got to be the most unprofessional, unable, incompetent, poorly managed excuse for a business I've ever encountered.
After dealing with them for months, my TV still remains unrepaired. I gave up. I demanded Mitsubishi contract with another company... even if it takes longer, I don't want these people to receive any money for the massive lack of support and inability to get anything done.
I never once got to speak to a manager regarding my ongoing issues. The tech that received the part never returned a single call, never showed up, nothing.
Reading the experiences on here - matches exactly what to expect. I commented about the reviews to the representatives, and they replied with ""Yah that was older stuff..."" well let me tell ya, it hasn't changed.
One rep was extremely rude, to the point where we were yelling at him. He very forcefully insisted we would get a call from the tech that day. Were we surprised when we didn't? Nope. Were we surprised we never got a hold of that idiot again? Again... nope.
There were a couple of nice gals that we got to know on a first name basis. I'm sure they tried, but they too have to deal with the broken down piece of crap company that is called Bobby Jones Electronics.
Our service was SO bad, I went out of my way to recommend Mitsubishi cancel their contract with Bobby Jones because it's making them look bad.
We logged everything, every unreturned call, every missed promise, every date that came and went... but really - what's the point? They suck.
You here the words ""Bobby Jones"", run. Run away fast.
