Bobby Bead

I decided to go check out Bobby Bead after my sister's friend recommended it.. wow. First, you have to pay for parking which is hard to find. When I walked in the door, no one said hello or made sure I knew how to pick things out.. their charts you write prices on were dirty. They had a good selection of beads, but they were cluttered and had COUNTERS in front of them.. I didn't know if I could go behind the counter or not, so didn't get to handle any of the beads. The prices were ok, but don't go there to get help of ANY kind.. The only time the girl talked to me was to tell me my total- then III had to ask her for a bag to put my beads in since they wouldn't fit in my purse. It was a waste of a trip. Well when I walked in no said hi, They have never been nice but at least they use to have some beads. What happend? It 's stuff from 3 years ago! Pros: They have seed beads Cons: The staff could care less more

I have made three seperate trips to this store and each time have been treated extremely rude! In addition to the staff telling my shopping party that they closed at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday NOT once did they ask us if they could help us find anything to perhaps speed our shopping process along. In addition, on my next trip I received help from someone that didn't appear to know anything. I would've been more help to the other guests and i came in off the street! Finally, what I am most displeased about is there return policy that no one can ever tell you about and always seems to have a loop hole. The wouldn't even give me store credit for the merchanside and it was 3 days old! I would recommend spending your hard earned dollars at The Bead Monkey or Bead Gallery, actually anywhere but here! I will NEVER set foot in Bobby Bead again!! more
