I have made three seperate trips to this store and each time have been treated extremely rude! In addition to the staff telling my shopping party that they closed at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday NOT once did they ask us if they could help us find anything to perhaps speed our shopping process along. In addition, on my next trip I received help from someone that didn't appear to know anything. I would've been more help to the other guests and i came in off the street! Finally, what I am most displeased about is there return policy that no one can ever tell you about and always seems to have a loop hole. The wouldn't even give me store credit for the merchanside and it was 3 days old! I would recommend spending your hard earned dollars at The Bead Monkey or Bead Gallery, actually anywhere but here! I will NEVER set foot in Bobby Bead again!!
