It went great, My wife and I came in were greeted and shown mattress, Cynthia fit us and the showed us the mattress that were selected for us. Dr. Lora came over and visited with us (I expected pressure to buy the more expensive mattress)explained why we need a good matteress and let us deciede. NO PRESSURE. we had a fun time more
