My experience with Bob Mills was excellent. George in Odessa was very informative and let me take my time making my decision which I appreciated. This mattress is the third I've had in two years. George has contacted me about the arrival of the mattress and has contacted me about my satisfaction. He has adviased me that it takes approximately 21 days to adjust to a firm mattress. The only problem I have is that the mattress is very high and is difficult to get on.\r \r Other than than complaint I am satisfied with my experience and have already advised friends to shop at Bob Mills. more

It was a wonderful experience. The Sales lady was helpful, and pleasant. We will shop at Bob Milles, the next time we need furniture. I have told all of our friends about your great selection of furniture, the great service. The men that brought out the furniture was courteous, arrived when they said they would. We were very pleased with the help we got from the salesman, George I think was his name. When our furniture was delivered, the man called us and let us know when he was coming. Very nice man. We were very happy with the service we got. Will go back again. more
