Let me start by saying this letter is overdue because we have been enjoying the driving pleasures of our 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring SE. Oh yes, we have shown it off to about everyone we come in contact with, plus we have sung the praises of the Bob Brady Dealership. I want you to know that none of this would be occurring if it had not been the "meet and greet" by Joe Wenskunas. I had spoken earlier in the week to Angie about the selection on your lot and advised her we would be over on Saturday to take a look. In the meantime, just to see if a 2010 Hyundai was really what we wanted to consider, we went to our local dealer to take a look. Well, Saturday came and we decided to come to Decatur after work. About three quarters of the way there we got a call from our local dealer. We pondered just turning around and going back to Springfield. But being a man of my word, I decided to continue to your lot, take a look and say "hi" to Angie and leave. We did say "hi" to Angie. However, that all changed when we were met and greeted by Joe Wenskunas. Joe treated us like family and answered our questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We would be less than honest if we dont make it perfectly clear our purchase was because of Joe. We already knew about Hyundai's quality and value, as well as your excellent dealership. This is our second Hyundai from your dealership. We also purchased a Mitsubishi Galant several years ago from you. We would be remiss if we didnt mention the fine job Gary (F&I) did. He did everything under the sun to put our deal together (at the end of the day) as we requested. He communicated with us in a manner that we understood and appreciated. He made an already good experience even better. He most definitely is an asset to the dealership. Your runners, Pinky and Plug, were a delight and displayed enthusiasm for the dealership. Chantell is an EXCELLENT person to go to for a new car! I was very hesitant about the far drive to take the chance to possibly get a car. She made it happen and it was so worth it. I recommend taking the chance no matter how far the drive because more then likely you will leave with a new vehicle that is just right for you and your family! My wife and I went on line and looked up where we could get a loan for a truck as I have wanted one for ages. After filling everything in on-line we sat back and waited for the answer. Well, when Chantell called about ten or fifteen minutes after we sent the E-mail with the request for loan, I was very skeptical. As a matter of fact when she told me that she could get us a loan when almost everyone else turned us down I told her that she was fooling me. Chantell finally convinced me that she was indeed interested in getting us or rather me into a truck so thoroughly, that I asked my wife if she wanted to make the trip to Decatur and when she said why not it will only be a long drive if it does not pan out. I told Chantell that I had to put some gas into my station wagon that I intended to use as a trade in and would be right up. When we arrived at Bob Brady Dodge, we were met very warmly and after only about two-three minutes, Chantell greeted us and she was very warm and friendly and led us through what we were looking for and telling what she had that we would qualify for. We walked out with more truck than I EVER thought I would be able to sit behind the wheel of. I am extremely pleased with the entire Bob Brady experience and especially with Chantell. more

I entered your service department (WOW!) and a fine gentleman, (cashier) ask me if I was looking for the parts department, I nodded and he opened the door for me and said he would take me there. Once I was at the parts counter another fine young man, (tall & slender young man) said, "Can I help you Sir". Well . . . . . . . I was so awed by the surroundings of your beautiful dealership that I'm sure I was mumbling but I managed to get out the fact that I was looking for a brass compression union to repair the broken fuel line I was holding in my hand. The very courteous young man stated that he had no brass fittings on hand and that anything like it would have to be purchased from an outside source. I asked that if he didn't mind could he contact that aforementioned outside source and have one (5/16 brass compression union) delivered to the dealership. I explained my situation and he got right on the phone and ordered the part I was so desperate for. more
