Great Experience 7/2/2011

Showed up earlier than expected due to timing conflict I had with my appointment. The staff made an extra effort to set up a special room for me to be able to get out on time. Extremely friendly staff from reception through check-out. Would highly recommend. more

Brittany is a great dental hygienist! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Even though I only see her twice a year, she always remembers me and my family which is really nice. Blue wave dentistry has a great atmosphere and is one of the best dentists that I've been to. more

Today was my second visit at Blue Wave and i am almost certain i saw a halo over Dr. John and Thelma's heads.....i know they have wings cause i heard them rustling...or was that the sound of a drill?...oh well....thanks again you two for being such angels and taking such great care,you gave me a crown today, but there are crowns waiting for you too......one day...jodie more

Pediatric Dentist was great! 6/20/2011

All in all, my son's visit was great, but before the procedure was started they failed to tell me how much it cost. When I walked through the door I was expecting to pay $20 and the final bill was $222. I was a little surprised and upset. After I left, my husband received a call from the business department and cleared everything up. I then received a letter in the mail the next day explaining about the mix up and that I didn't have to pay anything. They took care of everything and I was very happy with the quick response from them. I will be a faithful customer for the time being! more

Dental Review 6/18/2011

I moved to Leland on June 14. On Mon. June 13, I had a small fall which resulted in hitting my mouth. By june 16, my tooth was killing me. A friend recommended Bluewave to us. I called on the morning of June 16 to make an appointment. It ended with me calling at 1:30pm on the 16th asking for some help, my tooth was throbbing and I was miserable. Joan told me to come over. I was so relieved. I was treated by an extremely friendly and professional staff. I was taken care of promptly. Everything was explained to me. Thelma was wonderful. Dr. Biggerstaff was wonderful. Being a stranger to the area, I don't believe I found such a wonderful dental office, as I did. I am telling everyone who will listen about my wonderful experience. My wife and I will definitely avail ourselves of their services in the future. To Joan for getting me in I can not say THANK YOU enough. It was nice of her to come back and introduce herself once I got in the exam room. No offense, but I hate having dental work done, but this was an extremely positive experience. more
