I moved to Leland on June 14. On Mon. June 13, I had a small fall which resulted in hitting my mouth. By june 16, my tooth was killing me. A friend recommended Bluewave to us. I called on the morning of June 16 to make an appointment. It ended with me calling at 1:30pm on the 16th asking for some help, my tooth was throbbing and I was miserable. Joan told me to come over. I was so relieved. I was treated by an extremely friendly and professional staff. I was taken care of promptly. Everything was explained to me. Thelma was wonderful. Dr. Biggerstaff was wonderful. Being a stranger to the area, I don't believe I found such a wonderful dental office, as I did. I am telling everyone who will listen about my wonderful experience. My wife and I will definitely avail ourselves of their services in the future. To Joan for getting me in I can not say THANK YOU enough. It was nice of her to come back and introduce herself once I got in the exam room. No offense, but I hate having dental work done, but this was an extremely positive experience.
