Excellent Experience at Blue Springs Ford!?? 8/20/2010

Just wanted to say that my experience at Blue Springs Ford was excellent. There were a variety of vehicles to look and choose from. The salesperson who assisted us was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. The whole sales team and management personnel were very friendly and courteous. To honestly say this has been my best experience yet in buying a vehicle. Thank you so much. Our salesman was excellent 7/29/2010

The best thing was how Sync was explained. Paul the salesman was excellent. Two years ago I bought and still own a 2008 Lincoln MKX. The dealership people couldn't get it working. I had to figure it out for my friend. I spent half a Saturday getting Sync to work. So this time around I was very impressed with the set up by my salesperson. I was so impressed I called my friend in MN to tell her how different the experience was from Dec 2007. more

Gilbert got it done! He took really good care of us and made sure it got done. The salesperson makes all the difference. He looked, treated us like a friend, not a paycheck. I will tell anyone who wants a Ford to ask for Gilbert!! more

Our experience overall with Blue Springs Ford was extremely satisfying. Our salesperson, Anthony McGinnis was awesome at making our purchase informative and smooth with his expertise, as well as working through the financing with Darrel. The after market rep, James was also very helpful and easy to work with. more
