The best thing was how Sync was explained. Paul the salesman was excellent. Two years ago I bought and still own a 2008 Lincoln MKX. The dealership people couldn't get it working. I had to figure it out for my friend. I spent half a Saturday getting Sync to work. So this time around I was very impressed with the set up by my salesperson. I was so impressed I called my friend in MN to tell her how different the experience was from Dec 2007.
