Kathryn and her team offer excellent service. Her informative monthly information accompanied with the landlord's statements on the Denver rental market is very useful. The monthly statements are all delivered online and her yearly summary is concise; and easily addresses tax requirements. I would recommend the firm to new landlords. more

I own three properties (only one in Colorado), and from an owner's perspective, Kathryn is a very good property manager. I tried being a """"compassionate"""" property manager myself with one of my own properties for about 3 years and got taken to the cleaners by tenants who leave in the middle of the night at the end of the month without paying their rent and leaving a mess behind for me to clean up. The house I am currently living in was rented for 6 years with a """"hands-off"""" property manager. When I returned after 6 years, one of the four 4x4s holding up my patio roof had been extracted by the tenant's dog; The neighbor's huge trees were brushing my shingles every time the wind blew; the garage door had been backed into and was in disrepair; twice as many people were living in my house than what he told me; the tenant took out all my new wall-to-wall carpeting without my permission and replaced it with carpet remnants sewn together. The real kicker was that the property manager advised me to give them a credit for installing the new""""good quality carpeting"""". I'd be very surprised if I had the same problems with properties Kathryn is managing and I appreciate the job she is doing.. more

Blue Sage is the fourth management company we've had for our rental properties and hands down the best experience we've had. The staff has never been anything but professional and helpful. The vendors they use for repairs charge reasonable rates and do quality work from what we can tell. Repairs are dealt with in a timely fashion, we never have to ask ""is this done yet?"" or check up on Blue Sage. Additionally, the monthly statements are clear and concise with enough detail that someone can tell what work was or wasn't completed. more
