Always Thrilled with my results! 5/19/2009

I've been to Blue at least 5-6 times for botox, restylane and juvederm injections. I've always been very pleased with the results. More than pleased...thrilled actually. Needless to say, it's always a bit worrisome when someone is sticking needles in your face and potentially altering your appearance. I want natural results - I do not want to look like a cartoon character with duck lips. I'm happy to say I've never looked unnatural or weird! I completely trust them with my face ? they all seem to have an artists touch and a great sense of what will look natural. They have always made me look my absolute best. I highly recommend them! Beautiful office and a great gentle treatment ? what more can you ask for? Pros: Cant go wrong. Always Happy! more

I've got the whole family into Blue 5/15/2009

I love the fact that they have something to offer any and all age groups. I am a 42 year old single mom, that has a 17 year old teenage daughter, and a 13 year old teenage son, as well as my 65 year old mother.We have all been to Blue and have had services there. Obviously, not the same services, as they tend to have something to target and cater any age depending on their problem or imperfections.My kids have the facials to help with the whole "teenage acne" that they are dealing with. And my mother & I are doing some of the other services like botox, restylane and have recently tried IPL for the dark spots on my face. (love it!). I would highly recommend this medical spa to anyone looking for a place that they would consider a long term relationship with. more

No more Cellulite ? yaaay! 5/2/2009

I work out 5, sometimes 6 days a week. I am very fit, but unfortunately, have horrible Cellulite (it?s heredity). I have tried everything from creams, to wraps, to stopped drinking caffeine. Nothing has worked. Pros: they've have every treatment you can possibly want Cons: I wish I can do them all more

My skin has never looked so good 2/5/2009

I have been to so many spas & Dr.'s offices in my years. Have purchased more products & had more treatments than my budget can handle. Then a friend of mine, which has similar problems with her skin as I do with mine, told me that she had been going to Blue and having a treatment called the laser Genesis done, and she loved it. So I decided to go in and have a consultation to see if this would work for me too. Pros: Results oriented. Beautiful setting. Great staff. Cons: you get addicted to the services more

Refreshing Experience 1/20/2009

I was introduced to this place by my thoughtful sister. I had the massage/wax/pedicure/manicure package. From entrance, I was delighted with decor and atmosphere and the place is exceptional clean. For a first time Brazilian waxer, my service was amazingly pleasant and comfortable.For the packages I found to be very reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend them to anyone living who loves spas for whatever reason. Try everything, you cant go wrong. more

I drive all the way from Bakersfield to LA for Blue 1/5/2009

Yes, I admit, I?m crazy for driving from Bakersfield to LA for treatments at Blue. But, after all of the horror stories and experiences I?ve had, IT?S WORTH IT! Pros: Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Clean atmosphere. Cons: Quite a long drive from Bakersfield. (but worth it) :) more

I love this spa, my skin looks great 9/21/2008

I was really shocked to see the review posted about rescheduling issues. I've had nothing but great experience at Blue. I've had a series of 3 IPLs with Dolly and a Vita Peel and O2 treatment and my skin looks amazing. Had alot of sun damage and pigmentation and it has completely reformed my face. Have recommended Blue to many friends and even given gift certificates to my mom. They have always bent over backwards to accomodate my crazy schedule. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable about skincare without trying to sell me a bunch of products that I dont need. My results speak for themselves and I get complemented regularly about how great my skin looks. Pros: Always on time, knowledgeable friendly staff more

I had an Awesome Peel 9/19/2008

I was shocked to read the review about the bad service for a Vita Peel at blue. I had one done about 6 weeks ago at Blue and had awesome results. I have since gone back in and had an IPL with Dolly and have been blown away at how different my skin looks. Pros: Great Staff, Knowledgeable and Caring more

Have been to Blue Spa a number of times over the past few years for Facials which were awesome... But just started a series of IPL and Facial Peels as I was turning forty and fealt like I needed something more. The results have been incredible so far have always suffered from adult hormonal discoloration more

Greatest Peel 7/22/2008

I have had acne for years. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on products, doctors offices etc. You name it, I tried it! A friend recommended I check out Blue and check out their Vitalize Peel. I wasn't sure what was best for my skin, but Emjay (my esthetician) walked and talked me thru each one of the steps of the treatment and what I should and shouldnt do and what I could expect. She recommended a package of 4, but I opted to try one to see the results. I was back 3 weeks later for another. After one peel i was breaking out so much less, my skin actually glowed and had less visible scarring. I cant wait to see what happens after a few more peels. I wish I had found the peel and Emjay a long time ago! Pros: evening and sunday appointments, knowledgeble esthetician Cons: none i can think of more

Worth going to the Valley for 7/12/2008

I dont mean to sound stuck up or anything, but I live in Beverly Hills, and get everything done in Beverly Hills (hair, nails, shop, doctor's, spa's, etc...). Pros: seems like all their staff is great. awsome location. Cons: in the valley, but I'm ok with the drive considering the outcome was great. more

DO NOT GO!! 7/10/2008

i went there for laser hair removal and was burned severely. i found out the same severe burning happened to 3 friends of mine as well. my skin hasn't healed as they claimed it would either. after the burns, the staff couldn't be any less helpful. they didn't offer any treatment for the burns or even a refund! once the credit card clears, they don't care. if you don't want scars, don't go here. Pros: nothing Cons: EVERYTHING! more

I have driven by Blue a million times (literally), and have always wanted to go in and check out what exactly they do. Pros: Great Staff; Beautiful & Clean Facility; Great Variety of Services offered Cons: Never any street parking, but there is parking in the back. :) more
