as former auditor, i can't quit observing,analyzing,assessing...prone to "knit-picking", but i can;t find fault with any of your operations. dealership went extra mile allowing me to pick up car sunday, i was enroute to 50th class reunion that weekend and it made it very easy. looking forward to servicing car there in future.,everyone was pleasant and accomodating, especially the patience of Pablo..Next year, coolant flush.and spend more time in the showroom.mmm mmm
