LEMON!!!! \r \r They sold me a 2011 X5 that has had electrical problems 2 months after delivery and they still refuse to stand by their product.\r \r The car has been in to Irvine BMW for electrical problems and even an oil leak more than 14 times!!! They just cannot get it right and they refuse to stand by their product...\r \r SHAME ON YOU SAVAGE AND BMW!!!!!\r \r never trust this dealership to stand by their product... more

Over the years, I have dealt with many dealers and service advisors. I must clearly say that Robert Ibarra is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. He is honest, straightforward, and I believe he takes care of my car just as I take care of my car. I am very loyal now to Savage BMW and have even referred friends there because I know they will receive excellent customer service. more

I appreciated the excellent customer service that Gabriel Lopez and Gary (Service Advisors), and Andrea (the check-in/greeter?) gave when I brought my car in for service. It's nice that they remember me; it makes my visit for service less stressful 'cause I feel like I'm in good hands. more

They Treat You Right 6/9/2011

I bought my car here because they not only gave me the best price but also because the sales staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Most car dealers you go the salesman stalk you down and hound you to buy a car and if you tell them your ""just looking"" they treat you terribly, Savage BMW Will not. more

Excellent service. Far superior than other BMW dealerships I've been to. True customer service. I ask for very little when it comes to customer service. I simple expect to get the service I request for my car to be completed - throughly and with competance. This dealership was over the top. No BS, very trustworthy. Car was in for service and a computer glitch. Loaner car was provided and Yvette kept me informed as to the progress and issues as the mechanics were troubleshooting the computer problem - awesome service!!! more
