I've work with many car dealerships in my journey of life and by far Remy C is ""Thee Best Service Guy"" that I ever worked with, very consistent, very thorough, and always speak with a smile in his voice. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL WHEN BRINGING MY CAR IN TO BE SERVICED. EVERYONE IS VERY POLITE AND GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST GUY THAT BRINGS UP MY CAR TO ME. PAUL BREWER HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE, FRIENDLY, HAPPY AND UP-BEAT ALL WHILE MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I LIVE IN MURRIETA NOW BUT STILL BRING MY CAR INTO SAVAGE BECAUSE I LOVE THE SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF YOU HAVE.SAVAGE IS GREAT! THANK YOU! AGAIN, PAUL BREWER... Have a Great Team 2/9/2011

It is your girls at the cashier counter, both in the morning and night when I pick up my vehicle. They are great! Of course I wouldn't steal them from you but I wish I had a few like them! I hit a pothole on Friday and blew out two tires and Paul rescued me again on Saturday. Once again you have a great team! more

compliment Savage BMW 1/25/2011

This letter is to compliment Savage BMW, and more specifically the actions of Doug Pielemeier. Yesterday, I purchased my 4th BMW from Mr. Pielemeier; a brand new M6. I have purchased many automobiles in my years for both my company and personally. Dealing with Savage BMW and Doug is always a pleasure. No haggling, gimmicks, or tricks, just an honest company with an honest salesperson. In fact, Doug went the extra mile today and drove to our business to personally instruct my wife on the cars features. Yesterday, Doug drove to our house because I had forgotten my current license. In today’s business environment, with so many companies giving poor customer service, it is a pleasure to deal with Savage BMW. Every BMW I have ever purchased from you has had the same positive experience. It is no accident that I have purchased 4 BMW’s from you. I love the cars, the quality, and the service you provide. I hope this letter finds its way back to Doug, and I hope Savage BMW realizes what a gem they have with him. I look forward to other purchases in the future from Doug and Savage. more

my service guy! 1/20/2011

Remi always does his job 110 percent ! As long as I drive a bmer , Remi is my service guy ! Always follows through and gives excellent customer service. Also Mile Debenedetto put us in an x3 courtesy car we live in wrightwood and snow u know ! Big Mike always comes through for us too !! more

Savage BMW was the first place that I have ever financed a vehicle from. It was a very pleasurable experience. Agenisc was very patient with my husband and I and made sure that we had the best experience possible. He worked very hard on making sure that they deal was what we had asked for. I would especially like to thank him for everything he helped with that day. Since then, he has called me to see how I was liking my new vehicle. I e mailed him on Monday about a question and he promptly called me back. Thank you again for all of your hard work. I will continue my business with you and refer many people to you as well. more

Awesome shoppertunity!!!! This is the 4th BMW we have bought, and the 3rd from Savage. Amazingly easy and simple, including the financing. No pushy sales tactics to buy any extras. Have been in for service twice and it was always a pleasent experience. I once left a personal item in the loaner car and they went out of thier way to retreive it! more

Robert has always made the service to my vehical a priority. Always followed up on calls and questions. Went out of the way to keep me happy while car was in service with courtesy cars. I highly recommend Robert and Savage service. Big help with new purchase when looking into a new BMW. Service Manager at Savage was also very helpful with explaining some of the issues I was having with my car. more

Highly Recommend 9/13/2010

I actually had a good experience at a car dealer! I bought a new BMW last year and these guys were so easy to work with. BMW's do cost a little more, but the service is worth it and included with the car! I had one issue with a warning light. The service department provided me with a cool loaner and fixed it in under 2 hours. I highly recommend Savage BMW. No big city hassles! more

I wanted to take a minute to let you know that Remy Carretero has always provided me with top notch service and care over the last couple of years. Recently I had my car in for body and suspension work. Remy understood my concerns that the insurance company could try to cut corners and he made sure that the insurance adjuster saw all of the damage done, which ended up being far more extensive than I imagined. He gave me frequent and informative updates throughout the process so I never felt in the dark. My car was delivered looking better than when I purchased it (I bought a CPO 330i) and I could not have been more pleased. Having someone go out of their way like that is to me a level of service that represents what BMW stands for and what your dealership and service team are all about. Thank You, David P more
