I have been a Blanton's Heating and Air customer for 10 years. As a Comfort Club member,each spring and fall a Blanton's service technician arrives to do the required maintanence on the unit. I have never been disappointed. Whether I am speaking with someone in the office or a service technician at my home, I am treated with courtesy and respect and the concerns are handled professionally. more

When we called, the technical expert arrived in a timely manner. He was considerate of our home by wearing shoe protectors. He sought us out several times to explain things to us even if they were not directly related to the "problem" we had called him for. This patience helped us become more knowledgable about our unit. Before doing anything, he showed us prices and explained what he would do. Before leaving, he left us with information about the Comfort Club Program. We highly recommend Blanton's and will definitely be contacting them for any future problems with our unit. Blanton's Heating & A/C Corporation was very professional, and they were more thorough than any other company we got an estimate from. They really worked with us to try and understand our house, the problem we were having, and what the best solution would be. The thoroughness really impressed us. They were the only ones during the estimate process that went into the attic and crawl spaces to really look at what was going on. We worked with the installation manager, and he really knew what he was talking about. We have two HVAC units, and they replaced one of them. There were also some really serious problems the previous owner had created during an addition. They corrected those problems. They also moved the unit to another place in the house, which included cutting holes in the attic, cutting the lines, and moving the compressor. They did a lot for us. Everything is great, and it looks fantastic. There was one minor issue where there was a weird smell when we turned on the heat, and when we called them they came out immediately. They went right up, told us the problem, which was dust settling on the heat coil, and then did a quick fix. They were immediately responsive about it. It was our first time using Blanton's Heating, and we felt lucky to have found them. We hadn't received a personal recommendation for them, we had just seen their ads, and we were thrilled we called them. They turned out to be the best company we called, and we were very happy. My heating system went out of a Sat, I called and within 10 minutes a man named Chad called and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. He came out on time and told me what was wrong and because it was raining he would have to finish the work on Sunday and he worked on the unit and we had heat and he returned Sun and completed the job as he stated and on time. This man was the nicest man I have ever met as a repairman, he took his shoes off and his coat before he entered the house each time. He explained everything to us and the price and the warrantee. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work on their units. more

Blanton's Heating & A/C was excellent across the board. From the moment Jackie came and sat down to explain everything to me to the guys working, everything from A to Z was excellent. Their professionalism, the work performance and personality of the guys, and their service was great. Jackie laid out everything so that I could understand.\r \r It was my first time using them, and they installed a new heating and air unit. It has been working great. I have heat! It had been out since Labor Day, but since the new system is in I am happy. I would tell anybody about Blanton's. \r \r I was trying to find someone online, and they stood out for some reason. I usually try to get different people to come out for several different estimates, but from the first time Jackie came out I knew I didn't need to look further. Blanton's Heating and A/C installed a heating and air conditioning unit for the upstairs portion of our house. This is the second time we have had them do a job for us, and we called them back for a second time because we were so happy with the first. The installation went very, very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, did the work, and they did not leave a mess. They cleaned everything up outside. They said the would arrive at 8:30 and would be done at 2 or 2:30, and that is exactly what happened. The unit is working great. We don't go up there very frequently, but now that the weather has turned cold it is doing fine. Blanton's Heating is efficient, and their workers are very courteous and professional in appearance.
