When we called, the technical expert arrived in a timely manner. He was considerate of our home by wearing shoe protectors. He sought us out several times to explain things to us even if they were not directly related to the "problem" we had called him for. This patience helped us become more knowledgable about our unit. Before doing anything, he showed us prices and explained what he would do. Before leaving, he left us with information about the Comfort Club Program. We highly recommend Blanton's and will definitely be contacting them for any future problems with our unit.
