I have been a customer of Lisa's for over 8 years. I actually followed her to Blades when she left her previous employer. I would not even think of going to anyone else for my monthly cut and color! I have very stubborn gray and she not only completely covers my gray but works her color magic to make my hair look the best it ever has! It is a great working relationship between the two of us. I get compliments from co-workers and complete strangers about my cut and color. I would not even consider going to anyone else. Only Lisa and I know what my true color is and we aren't telling anyone! Go see Lisa! You will be so glad you did! more

5-star A+++++ Highly recommend Lisa Lamb. I moved to Indy approximately 4 months ago and my search for a new stylist is over! I had a really good first experience at Blades. Lisa took a lot of time with me and I love my haircut. Have been getting compliments at work. The salon is nice and conveniently located close to Fishers and Castleton area. Have already booked my next appointment and looking forward to Lisa's expertise in coloring and highlighting. I feel like a brand new me! more

I have been going to Blades and Lisa for years now and am always happy with the end result. She does a great job working with the cut and color of my hair and is always honest and professional about what works for you. My hair is naturally curly, thick and unruly and I'm very picky about who does my hair and how they do. I absolutely love going to Lisa and highly recommend her. more

If your tired of your current hairstyle than try extensions! Carol's prices are very competitive and the extensions are by Great Lengths! Just like the celebrities wear! Hardly any upkeep to my hairstyle and so nice to just wake up and go! My hair is below shoulder length but Carol made it so much longer, lusterless and appealing! Carol can do the same for you, even if you have short to medium hairstyles. Tons of colors to select from and Carol is the most artistic they come with the extensions... and does a wonderful job with color and haircuts too! Lisa has been my hairdresser for 12 years now! She is awesome at coloring and cut. I always get compliments on the coloring in my hair! She knows exactly how to shape and style my hair (and we have gone through some styles over the years!) She keeps me looking sassy! Lisa also cuts my son's hair. Those cheap fast places just butcher his hair but since bringing him to her - his haircuts look great! I suggest using Lisa if you are looking for someone professional. I recommend her to everyone! more

Lisa is incredible! She is honest and tells me the truth even if it's not what I want to hear. I have been following her for 15 years and she stays knowledgeable on new trends and products. My hair is extremely fine yet it looks great every time I leave the salon. more

Lisa has been doing my hair for over 10 years. We have become great friends and she knows exactly what to do with my hair. She has never given me a bad haircut or color. She knows exactly what hair color will go with your skin type and gives you suggestions on a hairstyle that will look great on you. Lisa is honest and just a great person. Lisa Lamb has been doing my hair for well over 10 years. She also cuts my husband's hair. She does such a great job. She is also incredible with color so if you are looking for any one that knows their stuff, Lisa is your gal! Not only is she my hairstylist, but over time she became one of my dear friends. Kimberly Ginnan is honestly the best hairdresser I've ever had. I was lucky enough to get her name from a friend when I moved to town. I'm so glad I did! People have had trouble with my hair in the past as it's quite curly and layered, but it was no trouble for Kimberly. She got my hair exactly right from my very first visit. She also helped me choose a hair cut and style that fit my professional life and my age much better. I chose to cut my hair drastically shorter, and she helped me choose that style. It's the best cut I've ever had. She's also extremely kind and wonderful to chat with. I always look forward to my visits, and I know that my hair is in good hands. more

Sunny knows what you need 7/9/2010

Sunny Krska is the best hairdresser. I have been following Sunny to different salons for about 13 years, with a little time that I tried a different place but regretted it. She gives me haircuts my sister who has gone to really high-priced salons thinks are fantastic too. She takes care to make sure every detail is perfect. I don't have to ask her for a certain style, she just has always figured out what will work best for me and my busy life. It is always a great visit and well worth the price. Great hair cut and color! 11/6/2009

I got a hair cut and color from Lori and loved my results! My hair is very fine and I have had the misfortune in the past of having stylists layer my hair way too much. Lori did a fantastic job on my cut and the color is beautiful. She uses great products and is a great stylist. I will definitely be sticking with her from now on. Carol great stylist/colorist 7/6/2009

I had an all over cut and color last week with Carol for the first time. I have been to high-end salons all over the country and she is one of the best I have been to. She looked at my face shape/skin color and recommended a cut and color that I was a little apprehensive about, but that looked amazing in the end. Want the best hair stylist in Indy? Then you have to try Sunny Krska. My mother owned her own hair salon so I never had anyone else do my hair until I moved to Indy six years ago. My son and daughter-in-law had both gone to Sunny at Jacobson's and highly recommended her. One visit and I was sold! I've told Sunny that she is truly an artist. She conscientiously takes her time and styling tools to create the most attractive hairstyle for one's face and personality. When you are approached by complete strangers who compliment your hair, you know it looks good. Talented hair stylists are rare so how happy I am that I found Sunny! Carol Fishburn is the best!!! 1/22/2009

The one thing I treat myself to, every five weeks, is a visit to Blades. Carol has been doing my hair for two years and always nails the color and cut. I have gone curly, long, straight and short plus changed the color a few times. She is a miracle worker! She is so accommodating and the salon is always buzzing with laughter and pleasant conversation. I have sent a few of my friends to her and they are thrilled with their entire experience. NOT worth the $70.00 haircut or the bath in the hair sink!!! 1/21/2009

I went to Blades salon for the first time to have my hair cut. My experience there was just not worth the price. Although I was not unhappy with the cut....I wasn't impressed enough to pay $70.00 for a haircut that in my opinion anyone could do. Another thing that I did not like was when I had my hair washed in the sink. I basically sat with my head laying in the sink with water splashing in my face the entire time. When I looked in the mirror my makeup was visibly a mess. When I left and got im my car to look in the mirror, my makeup was so smeared and ruined from bascially getting a ""bath"" in the sink, that I actually had to go home and wash my makeup off and reapply. So needless to say....I did think Missy the hairstylist, was very friendly, but with my experience....I won't be returning. Pros: Friendly stylist Cons: overly priced more
