Using points earned!! 2/1/2012

I always feel great after leaving the salon having had my hair highlighted, cut and dyed. The only thing I would like is to be able to use my points for something that I need. Most of the items I do not use so a cut, dye, highlight or brow/lip wax would benefit me. This should be considered for your clients. Thank you! more

Westminsters BEST! 1/16/2012

Bladerunner and Shelly are so awesome! Shelly got my fav OPI color in as soon as OPI Gels came out. She did my nails with it a week ago. After a very "rough on the nails" week, my nails still look like I just had them done yesterday! Phenomenal stuff! Fabulous salon! The customer service at Bladerunner is above and beyond. Yay Shelly, Bladerunner and OPI Gels! more

Ashley is great! 1/10/2012

I have been going to Ashley at Bladerunner for a while now - I can't remember how long it's been. She is always polite, thorough and professional. I love the fact that during a conversation with me, she picked up on the fact that I had a gluten intolerance and mentioned that hair dye has wheat in it and we realized that this was probably causing the stinging I felt each time I had my hair dyed. Now, she gets gluten free hair dye for me and I can enjoy getting my hair colored a lot more than before! I would have never thought hair dye contained gluten and this has made a huge change for me! more

I love my color!! Heidi and Marsha are terrific! 1/9/2012

I had my appointment with Heidi this weekend for color, highlights and a trim. I love my haircolor so much!!! It is silky and I received so many compliments this mornign in the office. My daughter goes this weekend! Heidi is the best!! Marsha who is at the front desk is very attentive to Blade Runner's customers. I like to think of her as the "Mayor". You can tell that Marsha runs this ship as if it were her own. She just emulates "loyalty" and always has a pulse on what is happening in the shop. I would recommend Blade Runner to those thinking about trying another salon!! Sherri Charmatz more

Great experience 1/7/2012

Heidi was great. I am not a hair person. A month ago I decided to try hi-lights. Now I know what I should of asked for was lo-lights. I didn't care for the way my hair looked and complained to my husband about it for a months. She was so understanding and told me I should have come back right away. Now she fixed it back to my normal self. The hi-lights were too drastic for my 'normal'. A BIG thanks to Heidi! more
