Heidi was great. I am not a hair person. A month ago I decided to try hi-lights. Now I know what I should of asked for was lo-lights. I didn't care for the way my hair looked and complained to my husband about it for a months. She was so understanding and told me I should have come back right away. Now she fixed it back to my normal self. The hi-lights were too drastic for my 'normal'. A BIG thanks to Heidi!
