First off, I have been there twice and both times they did an awesome job. My insurance company approved there estimate within 48hrs with no issues. Second, who doesn't keep invoices until the work is done? Last but not least, the person can't even spell. How credible can they be? Lol It looks like someone is in competition with this shop. more

DO NOT GO THERE !!!! I was in a lot of bad places, but this one? it tops them all!!! Liars liars and liars. Overchrged by $2000 and nothing done for that. Chenging their stories every week. If they give you some paperwork take it and don't give it back and after week that paperwork will say something else if you are not happy. I never wright reviews on companys but now, I just have to. Thei did'nt just lie to me but to my insurance agent and appraiser and my wife and me. more

Been there more than once. My car always looks perfect when I get it back. Very friendly service. The owner Bob is very nice and and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I recommend this shop! more

Piss Poor Service, I personal do not recommend 7/22/2011

I took my jeep to Blackstone Collision because I was rear ended which this body shop was an approve body shop of my insurance company; they did a piss poor job on my Jeep. Any good body shop would have looked at the muffler and exhaust system but they felled to do any of this even after going up their two to three times complaining that my Jeep was not sounding right. I was informed by Nick, one of the managers that they only look at the physical damage of the vehicle and not any internal parts of it; any way I took my Jeep to the dealership and explained my situation and they found that my exhaust system was compromised and needed repairing. The Jeep dealer body shop stated that it was neglectful for a body shop not to check the muffler system after being rear ended. When I called and talked to Nick and he really did not act or seemed concern about my concerns. I do not recommend this shop to anyone...!!!!!! more

Unsatisified Customer 7/22/2011

My situation was that I was rear ended in a Jeep, the body shop never inspected my muffler or any thing else but the physical damage of the Jeep. I kept complaining about noise that I was hearing in the vehicle but they stated that it was normal. I took my Jeep back to the dealership and explained my situation and later on they explained to me that the muffler and exhausted system was compromised AND needed replacing. the Jeep dealer service department said they were shocked that Blackstone body shop did not notice it since it should have been a item to observe after being rear ended. I called an informed the manager and he seemed to not even care of my concerns. more

Very Good Work 10/2/2010

Blackstone's Collision was very prefessional with my vehicle and also with me. I hit a dear, and they looked at day one, and told me what it'd cost. They started right away and it took about a week and half to complete. They took care of everything with my insurance, fixed my car its beautiful. Cleaned my car front to back, brought it out, handed me the keys and everyone wished me a great day. The only negative thing I can think of is they need a bigger parking lot! :D. To review, The staff was friendly, professional, and do great work. more

Did a great Job after a miserable event 8/3/2010

Good: I had gone to three different places before settling on Blackstones. Friendly office staff and a n extensive estimate.. Bad: It did take a few days longer but my insurance company extended my rental car. The result in the added time was well worth it.. Other: They wanted to call me often with updates. I asked that they only call me if something was out of the ordinary.. more

Blackstones is my first and only choice 4/18/2010

They were very helpful and took care of EVERYTHING! over all I was really happy with the way my car looked after it was in their shop. Better than before the accident! I would trust them with any of mine, or friends and families cars! more

Poor Customer Service 12/1/2009

I would have to agree with the other reviews concerning poor customer service. I am very disappointed at their lack of concern for the customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere. more

Do Not Go Here!!!! 11/24/2008

I had my car worked on and it took longer than they said it would. Way longer. Then when I got my car, there was overspray, the side mirror fell off and the body lines did not match the original body lines of the car. This will be the second time I have gone out there to have then fix their mistakes. I’m very upset with the lack of knowledge and customer service. I would never go here. Avoid this place at all costs more

Blackstone's Collision HORRIBLE!!!! 10/26/2007

This company is a disgrace to the Autobody industry. Their customer service is well under par. I have heard the owner Bob himself using various forms of profanity, along with his sidekick brother Randy. Which in my opinion has it's time and place but not while I am in their lobby. They claim to pride themselves on quality repair, which is a joke. They are not a repair facility but instead an unbolt and re-bolt on shop. My recommendation is to stay far far away from this shop as it will only lead to many disappointments. There are many more qualified repair facilities in the area that should be looked at instead. more

Blackstone's in Federal Way 10/5/2007

In dealing with Blackstones in Federal Way of Enchanted Parks, at first I was very unhappy. Unfortunately this continued to escallate with inappropriate communication between collision repair shop personell and myself. When the owner Bob got involved, my opinion of the shop changed. Bob was very polite and appologetic as to the issues at hand. He admitted to my complaints being valid and corrected the problems immediately. I have a new opinion regaurding Blackstone's collision. If I ever get into another accident rather it be my fault or the other persons fault, I would take it to Blackstones in Federal Way and deal directly with BOB. Bob genuinely cares about his customers and wants the job done right and the customer happy. more

Fast and friendly service 7/31/2005

A little over a year ago I was rear ended in my brand new car and needed a new bumper. I called Blackstone's Collision and made an appointment to get an estimate. The receptionists were very friendly, spoiled my daughter with candy while the mechanic took a look at my car. They got an estimate in lightening speed and I was able to make an appointment to get it fixed. They handled the claim with the insurance too. My car was actually fixed faster than promised and they cleaned my car inside and out. You can't even tell my new car had been involved in a collision. I can only recommend the Blackstone Collision Repair Shop. more
