Review content:
In dealing with Blackstones in Federal Way of Enchanted Parks, at first I was very unhappy. Unfortunately this continued to escallate with inappropriate communication between collision repair shop personell and myself. When the owner Bob got involved, my opinion of the shop changed. Bob was very polite and appologetic as to the issues at hand. He admitted to my complaints being valid and corrected the problems immediately. I have a new opinion regaurding Blackstone's collision. If I ever get into another accident rather it be my fault or the other persons fault, I would take it to Blackstones in Federal Way and deal directly with BOB. Bob genuinely cares about his customers and wants the job done right and the customer happy.
