I told my husband to hire a good company to find a leak we have been having for weeks in the wall. He called this guys and they found it within an hour. They had special equipment...

Excellent Professional Service! I would highly recommend Bizzy Bee! Robert has integrity! He did not try to gauge us for the same work we had from a different plumber who charged double!!! We had a leaking toilet and Robert of Bizzy Bee provided professional, prompt, reliable service. I would use them again without a doubt! more

They installed a faucet in my kitchen that was too complicated for my husband to do and we were pleased with their professionalism and service. There was a slight leak a couple of hours later and he returned quickly and fixed that with abject apologies. We will definitely use them again. more

Garbage disposal was fixed 10/24/2012

And there was no need to install a new one!! I was so happy cause i am a single dad and didnt want a new one anyway, plumber in cary was nice and friendly and i will use the again more

I have had several experiences with plumbing companies over the 14 years I have lived in Raleigh. I am so glad I finally found a plumber that is efficient, knowledgeable, can communicate with those of us who don't speak ""plumbing"" and whose costs are reasonable. I had several jobs done in one visit. Mike was personable, professional and fixed all my issues that I had requested. He replaced two outside leaking faucets that other plumbers repaired improperly or not at all and took care of a clogged toilet. Bizzy Bee gives you an upfront estimate and price before starting work. I highly recommend this plumbing company and intend to use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. more

Great Service 4/25/2012

Robert was on time and friendly, but got right to business and immediately identified and explained the problem. He fixed it efficiently and was careful to clean up after himself. I was able to get service the same day I called (within hours actually). Highly recommended. more

I don't know much about plumbing, or plumbers, but I do know this: I will call Robert at Bizzy Bee for every plumbing problem I ever have! These reviews are true - this company is awesome. Fair prices, thorough and well-done work, and not stressful to have in your home. Totally recommend. more

Toilet-yuck 2/6/2012

We were about to have people over for dinner in 3 hours. And to our shock, the toilet didn't want to flush and the bathtub was filled* with grey water. It was nasty and i was panicking, called this company and they were 15 min late but on time to clear the toilet stoppage,recommend more

Very responsive and helpful 1/27/2012

Have used them twice, one real emergency on a weekend and one more routine. Both times came out promptly and fixed the problem quickly. Have found Robert to be very customer oriented and helpful. more

Bizzy Bee Rocks! 1/18/2012

Called RotoRooter to clear our mainline .... everything was backing up into our downstairs bathtub. They cleared it and then gave us an estimate to fix it after finding roots and a collapsed pipe. Called Bizzy Bee after reading the positive reviews. He came out the next day and used his camera to check out the damage. He gave us a quote that was 1/3 of the price of Roto Rooters. Robert came out the following day and replaced the pipe. He provided us with photos of the damage and photos of the repair. You can not go wrong with Bizzy Bee!! more

I usually don't care how my plumbing works in my house or looks, but they installed a new tankless water heater in my cary house and such a beautiful installation, inspection of the new installation was approved by cary city inspector too more

Bizzy Bee is fantastic! 12/9/2011

I highly recommend Bizzy Bee. Our house had a ""perfect storm"" of problems with an old Rinnai tankless hot water heater, recirculating pump system, and faulty solenoid value. Bizzy Bee patiently diagnosed each problem and came up with a solution. His dedication to fixing our system is extremely commendable. We're very happy now and strongly encourage anyone with plumbing needs to call Bizzy Bee. more

Bizzy Bee - 2 thumbs up!! 12/2/2011

We had a plumbing emergency yesterday that was less than pleasant (downstairs plumbing would not drain and was backing up). My husband called Busy Bee and was told someone would be here between 12-2 pm. I came home from work at noon and as I walked into my house, Robert, the owner called to tell me he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. He found the problem quickly - identifying a blockage in the drain in my front yard. It was a big hunk of concrete, likely left by the builders a few years ago which collected debris and eventually blocked my outflow drainage. Robert remedied the problem quickly, He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I found the cost to be extremely reasonable and will definitely use Busy Bee for any future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them. more

so they were a little late, but they did do a good job, i love how they wear shoe covers, i think i found a plumber in cary i will always use more

Sump Pump not working so i called 11/17/2011

This guys, they were very nice and knew what they were doing, for once i was happy with a plumber, i am a chatty person so i liked the fact they were lictening to me talk all the time, nw to my sump pump, i had bunch of water there that had to be removed, they did their job and works great now more
