We had a plumbing emergency yesterday that was less than pleasant (downstairs plumbing would not drain and was backing up). My husband called Busy Bee and was told someone would be here between 12-2 pm. I came home from work at noon and as I walked into my house, Robert, the owner called to tell me he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. He found the problem quickly - identifying a blockage in the drain in my front yard. It was a big hunk of concrete, likely left by the builders a few years ago which collected debris and eventually blocked my outflow drainage. Robert remedied the problem quickly, He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I found the cost to be extremely reasonable and will definitely use Busy Bee for any future plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.
