Please, Please Avoid. You'll regret living here 6/15/2010

During the day time, this place looks nice. It's quiet and there are lots of plants. Pros: Close to 405 and 710, landscaping is nice Cons: dangerous neighbors. No parking, keeps security deposit more

Avoid at all costs 3/2/2010

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I have been trying to share my terrible experience in as many avenues as possible. Living there was okay, but leaving was hell! They kept our deposit and charged us 700+!! Dont put yourself through this, it wouldnt be worth what you were trying to save in cheaper rent. more

Living there was okay, the alley was noisy and a bit shady but it was livable. BUT, when my roommates and I left to find a bigger apartment, they kept our deposit and charged us $700+ (for replacing the carpet which looked the same as we took it, for painting it and for cleaning the blinds to name a few). DO NOT RENT HERE, I wish I would have found the negative ratings before I did. Pros: Decent Cons: Kept deposit, overcharge for repairs more

New building but regular increase in rent. 9/14/2005

This apartment is nice and new. It has a pool, small gym, and two laundry rooms. So when I saw reviews from tenants mentioning that they raise the rent every year I didn't pay attention. Unfortunately for me because after my one year lease was up they increased my rent by over $125 more per month. That is over a 10% increase for a 900 square foot, one bedroom apartment. Then when I moved out they over charged me on the carpet, paint and minor repairs. When I asked for one extra day with the apartment so I can fix it at half of the cost, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for one day! Do not rent from here! PROS: New building, good facilities, safe CONS: Rent increases, overcharges on repairs more
