This apartment is nice and new. It has a pool, small gym, and two laundry rooms. So when I saw reviews from tenants mentioning that they raise the rent every year I didn't pay attention. Unfortunately for me because after my one year lease was up they increased my rent by over $125 more per month. That is over a 10% increase for a 900 square foot, one bedroom apartment. Then when I moved out they over charged me on the carpet, paint and minor repairs. When I asked for one extra day with the apartment so I can fix it at half of the cost, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for one day! Do not rent from here!
PROS: New building, good facilities, safe
CONS: Rent increases, overcharges on repairs
