Our second visit to BP was a BIG improvement in the service, from horrible to superb...servers may have had big turnover. We had a wonderful, knowlegable waiter (recent arrival from New York City). Both visits were in good weather out the beautiful rear garden. Wish we could have seen the blue sky, however, the awnings mostly covered the opening. Food was really good both times, tho' a bit expensive and fancy for a "Bistro." Large veal chop was beautiful, succulent and tender. Hanger steak (more like bistro fare) was tasty and very tender. First course of sauteed squid and mushrooms was small but flavorful and tender. Dessert "Gazpacho" of rhubarb and strawberries was crunchy, sweet, and flavorful; well accompanied by mascarpone ice cream.
