Just like being in a Michelin starred restaurant in the countryside of France. Chef/owner Jean Jacques is in the kitchen while his wife, Deborah, runs the dining areas. I've been there at least 10 times and every dish is delicious and authentically prepared; from charcuterie to locally grown salad greens and vegetbles, mussels, duck confit, roasted salmon, hanger steak, fresh pomme frites, bouillabaisse, cassoulet, and the best creme caramel I've ever tasted. The ambiance is beautiful, the outdoor patio is gorgeous, and the music is soft. A great dining experience which deserves a 98 overall rating. I've also rubbed elbows with many of the wine growers and B&B owners.
