Stopped into Bisconti on the chance that they might carry a charger for my Sansung 4. The guy who initially waited on me said no, but a voice from the back room said ""yes we do"". Lauren then came to the counter and located the new charger. I asked her if I could make sure it fit as I had somehow bent my previous charger, and it would not go back in the port. The new one wouldn't either. Instead of telling me ""sorry, it's the port"", she went to the trouble of inspecting it, and discovered what she thought was something stuck in there. Going to the back, and returning with a pair of tweezers, she carefully removed a tiny metal piece that had broken off the old charger. The new one then fit perfectly. Lauren really went the extra mile, and defines what Customer Service is all about. Thanks again Lauren!
