I can't thank these guys enough for what they did for me. I didn't know they even existed until a couple of days ago - and now they will be my first stop for anything computer related. I was in a bind with my MacBook Pro but good luck finding anyone in the Rockford area that works on Macs that actually understands them. Not even the Geek Squad was able to help me due to some proprietary glue (huh?). They recommended a couple of places I could call. The first couldn't get me in that day (and didn't seem all that shaken up about it). But Bisconti understood it was urgent to me, and was able to get me in on the same day to get me taken care of. Imagine that - a computer store with empathy. Who knew? I received my MacBook Pro back on the same day in better condition than I dropped it off in, and I will now be loyal to Bisconti for all computer needs. Heck, it's only been two days and I've already gone to them again for an accessory. So long, Geek Squad. more

they overcharge for not repairing computer, which they were suppose to do. biggest complaint was fraud on credit card while they had my computer, had to contact fraud dept of my credit card company to cancel card acct. bisconti computers is not trustworthy. have since found out they loaded someone elses checking acct statements and family photos onto my computer. sure hope my stuff wasn't loaded onto someone elses computer. i just hope i don't have to cancel my other credit cards, because of fraud. more

Knowledable staff and decent prices 9/23/2005

These folks are pretty knowledge about aftermarket items for PCs. I went in there looking for RAM and only gave them the model of my Dell and they guy grabbed the right stick. They also have refurbished computers. Those have enough features to be someones starter computer. I didnt ask about their Mac support at the time. more
