I would like to say that Binsky Home Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provided me with excellent customer service from the initial phone call I made to them on a Saturday night at 8:30pm, to the end of my installation!! Dennis was the first person I met with and he gave me all of the information that I needed with regards to the cause of my issue. He then set up my appointment with Kris, who did a great job of telling me how Binsky would fix my issue and how much it would cost me. He did everything in his power to work within my budget. Once Rob and Ken showed up to my house they took over and showed great knowledge of the product and installation. They were very respectful of my home and very efficient with their work. I would definitely recommend Binsky and the team that assisted me to anyone in need of these types of services. Excellent job guys!! I am satisfied.
