These guys are the best! Noting the mileage on my car (172,000+), Erick not only had the current needs of my car estimated but also forecast my likely expenses for the next year. This was a huge help as I'd love to see 200,000 miles out of this car before getting another BMW wagon. Knowing all of this makes it easier to invest in maintenance rather than car payments! Thanks guys... see you 5k! more

Honest Mechanic! 7/3/2013

I'm a woman, and I've been going to Bimmerworks since about 2006. I would never take my car anywhere else - they live and breathe BMWs. The prices are fair, and Steve is very honest. He's never tried to talk me into anything for my car...as a matter of fact, in the past, he has refused to replace my brakes because he said there was still enough there to safely get me to my next oil change! He treats you the way he would like to be treated and uses good judgment when it comes to your car. These are really nice people - go to Bimmerworks! more

Steve provided a thorough diagnosis and made suggestions for work that was required and needed to keep the car running well for the next 100k miles. His heartfelt dedication to his business is customer driven and I'd be hard pressed to take the car anywhere else. The new software service which provides pictures of the areas requiring attention helps validate why the suggestions are being made and will retain a history for future reference and changes in the car's areas of concern. more

Good Work 6/26/2013

The work was performed very well but this is the second time that my car was not ready when promised. Both visits the part needed was not received in order to finish the work. Not sure if the part was ordered in a timely manner to complete the job on time. more

Great Vanos Service 6/10/2013

Waiting for estimate 6/10/2013

Dropped off my newly purchased 2003 525i sport at the recommendation of a friend and BMW enthusiast on Wednesday morning. Estimates were needed for transmission replacement and several other items necessary to pass inspection. The list was long, but by Friday EOD, still no prices. Today is Monday and I am hopeful that I will hear something. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give a yes recommendation. more

Excellent Customer Service! 6/6/2013

Bimmerworks is one of the few remaining businesses that still believe in customer service. Steve explained everything to me in layman's terms and was very honest about the work that needed to be done. He spent over 30 minutes with me detailing a maintenance plan for my car. I dropped off the car the day I called, and it was ready the next day. The price was exactly as quoted. I will not take my car anywhere else!! more

First Visit 5/24/2013

Everything was great. I really appreciated the cautious approach they took to recommending what should be done to my car. I'd give them 5 stars but think it's prudent to hold back a bit given how little I know the place. In any case, I'm definitely going back for a 2nd servicing. more
