Steve provided a thorough diagnosis and made suggestions for work that was required and needed to keep the car running well for the next 100k miles. His heartfelt dedication to his business is customer driven and I'd be hard pressed to take the car anywhere else. The new software service which provides pictures of the areas requiring attention helps validate why the suggestions are being made and will retain a history for future reference and changes in the car's areas of concern.
