i had my guitar "super tuned" at Bill's and it came back worse than when I sent it there. There aren't a lot of quality guitar repair guys in Baltimore, I had to reaort to lookin...

Jim, thanks for wonderful service. When I step into your doors, I'm going to be served with respect and given time to browse at my leisure. I always, and stress ALWAYS find what I'm looking for. I might have to sacrifice cost, but compared to large chains, Bill's senior staff NEVER FAILS ME! Jim, along with Lou, both have never turned away a possible sale, even if I was a young looking punk. more

Welcoming environment for browsing. I enjoy walking to Bills after school and checking out their selection and being able to play the instruments hassle free. Thanks Bills! I enjoy going to the guest music clinics and events. more

Before now, I mostly did business with Guitar Center. I happened to have a terrible customer service experience with them recently. This experience compelled me to look for other companies, offering similar merchandise. You're willingness to help my band and I get all of the equipment, and financing we needed, was a welcomed change from my experience with Guitar Center. more

Even when found, it is not always told how much it is appreciated. I rented some dj equiptment from them and found the price to be pretty good. Everything worked and the party was a success. The store is big so it has to be housed in 2 buildings. They have everything from new to used guitars, drums, amps and anything else a musician would need. You can try out the instruments before purchase to make sure they are in working order. more

A great place to shop if looking for equipment. With so much stuff they spread across two buildings. You name the instrument, they have it. You can pick up and try the intruments before you buy. more

I got my drums from Bills Music 8/26/2010

back in december i order a new st of drums from bills , in about 4 wks they arrived , i order red color , but the drums were dark more like wine , i took them home , about 4 days later i knew i did't like the color , went to bills and talk to lou , he said we will do what it takes to make you happy , so i waiting for my set of drums , thank you guys George L more

I cant begin to thank you enough for all the help you provided for me 8/4/2010

I bought a gibson les paul supreme from you guys. You helped me pack it for the trip back home and you cared so much that you called the airlines to see what we could do. I was able to take it onto the airplane and put it in the overhead storage. I cant begin to thank you enough for all the help you provided for me. The supreme has rich sound that allows me to play at the top of my game and is just a joy to play. thank you so much, madison more
