i cant beleave how these birds are being taking care of ,there cages are nasty as hell, shit every where and in there food . there nails need cutting , they need to see a vet alot of them there feathers are horrible ,i cant beleave no one has done any thing to help these poor birds !!!!! i will be making some calls on this matter more

BAD STORE 4/11/2012

Bill's Birds is a disgrace! This place is a business for the owners to make money. I went there to check out the birds and there were so many of them in cages that were too small. There was also a macaw that did not look healthy. The men who worked there were creepy and just pushed me to buy. The section of food/toys in the front seemed dirty. The store left me feeling emotional and I cried because you could tell that the birds are not cared for very well. I will never go back. more

great experiences I bought 3 birds from them over the years and they were all healthy happy birds,plus people working there were extremely helpful and informed. tho the place seemed cramped, i would not hesitate to buy from them again. more

Awesome prices 7/19/2011

this place has awesome prices.... compared to other bird stores and yes they might have SOME birds kept together but they only have the smaller ones kept together, for example you dont see any of the macaws cramped up in on small cage they have them in sets of two in big cages, also everytime i went in there i saw this gothic girl either cleaning the cages or feeding the birds. just because you guys had some incidents with the store you guys dont have to give it a bad name or talk bad about the place. i want to see one of you guys try to own a bird store and at that price then you guys could talk!!! and this isnt one of the employees actually three people that went to that store plently of times and never seen what you guys talk about and will always go there because of the price!!! more

This is the best place to buy a bird. Bill is the best, I bought a few birds from him, and i needed some feed one night and I was runing late, I called Bill and he kept his store open until I could get there. Thanks Bill your the best. more

Good selection 7/12/2011

Good selection If you want accessories for your birds or even food this is your store. They sell great quality food and seeds for your pet, and they even sell birds to you. The birds are gorgeous and they are just so friendly as are the staff working there. Whatever the question or whatever object you want they'll try their best to give it to you. Truly they have a great service and great things to sell, at such bargain prices. more

""Bills birds is one of the best in the business. I have had a pet bird my whole life. I was raised in NY and have been here in south Florida for the past 20 years. I have been in Apx 100 bird/pet store since I was a kid. Bills Birds by far has one of the best selection as well as one of the best kept stores I have been in. The place is clean and all the birds look happy. I have purchased 3 birds from Bill and I can honestly say that I love them. After reading these reviews I ask that you stop in and see the place for yourself. There is no one more dedicated to the birds than them. Get your own opinion. Thanks for your time Jhon more

Bill's Birds is very helpfull and honest I bought a macaw from bill 2 weeks ago and it was just not for me (too large). I always wanted one but once I got him home I realized it was to big for my family and I. I called Bill up and explained my concerned and without hesitation told me to bring it back and trade it for something smaller. I now own a rose breasted cockatoo and could not be happier. I will be a loyal Bills Birds costumer 4ever more

LOYAL CUSTOME I don't understand, I have purchased birds from Bill's, I am in the store at least once a week buying food and toys. Someone is always cleaning or feeding or just tending to the birds.I have bought 7 parrots and maybe the floor needs to be swept sometimes but with birds the floor always needs to be swept.I find the discounts and the services are great, they always groom the birds for free, and once my bird broke a feather and was bleeding, Bill met me at the store at 11 p.m. I tried to give him some money but he wouldn't hear of it.I save a ton of $$ at that store and I was recently at Beverlys in Pembroke Pines and I paid one third of what they were asking for the same bird,that I just bought at Bill's.You should go and check it out for your self. They are always open. And let me give you a tip, always ask for a discount and the they will come down in price, and I love to haggle more

I had a great experience at this place I had a great experience at this place; the owner and his son are great and have a ton of patience. I purchased a beautiful blue crown amazon parrot for a ridiculous price, the bird is in excellent health and has perfect feathers, I went back and bought a baby macaw (also for the lowest price in the market) a few days ago and they helped me choose the best one and have been helping me every time I call with a question about the birds. If you are looking for a bird this is the place, they love their birds, it is clean and the staff is very helpful. more

Just purchased my second bird from Bill Birds of Davie 6/22/2011

I just bought a 12 week old rosebreasted cockatoo from Bill. About 2 years ago I bought a parrotlet and have been 100% thrilled with it and decided to move up. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with Bill Birds. Yes, it is tight little store and for a bird store it is very clean. I have had both birds checked by doctor Z and both are extremely healthy. Keep up the good work more

Wide Selection of Birds 6/6/2011

I visited Bills Bird Boutique, because I wanted to purchase a parrot. I found there was a wide selection of birds to choose from, and the store itself, was big and plentiful, offering tons of bird accessories, such as toys, food, storage, and other nutrition products for birds. I found the perfect parrot, very cute and colorful, and just the perfect price too. The price was ok, nto expensive, but nto cheap, the price that one should feel right paying for a parrot. The employees were very helpful in answering my questions about parrot needs, and what kinds of food they consume, they gladly help me chose the parrot I wanted. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to purchase a bird, or bird items . more

I went to this store for the first time when I found 3 baby parrots. They were in a tree that was being cut down. I went to Bills Bird store and received from him all the required information and food needed to try and tend for them. I found them very helpful. I did manage to get all three to survive. more

Cool Shop 5/27/2011

I have bought 2 birds from there already. My first one flew away thanks to my sister! It was a quaker. The second bird I bought is a Pearly conure. The bird is very sweet and very tame. My children enjoy the bird alot. The place wasn't so dirty as other people put in the review. But then again its a bird shop so what do you expect. All the birds looked pretty healthy and also when I bought my bird they gave me a certificate of guarantee of a disease free bird. Their prices are very good and cheaper then other places. If you live in miami don't bother buying a bird from flea market or from sw 8th st. Come to these guys and they will give you a good price. more

If you are looking for experience and expertise look no further. Bill and his son are extremely helpful and kind. Customer satisfaction is what they do best. If its not for you he will do his best to find what is. I found them to be extremely family oriented and always good to my son who adores birds. He has learned so very much from them and they never seemed irritated or upset when he would call a million times for questions about his birds. We get all our food for the birds there and have purchased 3 birds and a cage from them. Keep up the good work guys!!!! more

Couldn't be happier! 5/23/2011

I have never been to Bills shop but we have done business over the phone. I have purchased four birds from him and they all came in perfect condition. I have had one for almost a year now and he is the most loving cockatoo ever. I also purchased a baby sun conure and a pair of bare eyed cockatoos. The prices were very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work Bill. more
