I have never been to Bills shop but we have done business over the phone. I have purchased four birds from him and they all came in perfect condition. I have had one for almost a year now and he is the most loving cockatoo ever. I also purchased a baby sun conure and a pair of bare eyed cockatoos. The prices were very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work Bill.
