I took my bike in for a tune up and when I brought it home, the chain was loose and they didn't adjust the front derailleur properly, they said that they tightened the chain but they didn't. And when I complained, they refused to refund my money or readjust the bike, they said it it was just a cheap bike and thats why it wouldn't work properly, but it was brand new and I paid 800.00 for it. more

Same goes for their bikes, I've bought five bikes from Mark and the family was and still is very happy them. These guys are the only folks I'll buy a bike from. more
