I took my bike in for a tune up and when I brought it home, the chain was loose and they didn't adjust the front derailleur properly, they said that they tightened the chain but they didn't. And when I complained, they refused to refund my money or readjust the bike, they said it it was just a cheap bike and thats why it wouldn't work properly, but it was brand new and I paid 800.00 for it.
