Do Not Use!\r we had been using this company for 2 years without an issue. This year we signed up for fall aeration. We were not given a date for the service and the company showed up unexpectedly and did not knock. Our babysitter was home and heard our dogs barking and being very agitated. The ""employees"" were on our back deck taunting our dogs and egging them on, not working. Our babysitter had to tell them to stop. I immediately called and was blamed for not knowing they would show up unexpectedly and then told that they didn't care about how their employees acted. I sent 2 emails to the owners with no response. We never received a bill so we assumed that was the company's way of making up for the terrible service. We then received a bill over a month after the service and WE WERE BILLED A LATE FEE! I contacted the company via email and had to wait again for a response. I was told by a very rude woman that the bill was mailed. When I asked for confirmation I was told no and then told to take it up with the post office. When I asked for the late charge to be taken off, I was told no and I could deal with collections. The company was threatening to send the $40 bill to collections for my ""non-payment""."" This company has terrible customer service and overall service. Buyer beware! Check the BBB rating!! more

After having scheduled my aeration over a week ago, I called to find out if I was still on the schedule. I was told that my yard might still be done by the end of that day (Saturday), but that it might be Sunday. This after an entire week of waiting, and hoping my yard would be done each day. I asked why their company not only charged almost twice as much as others, but also was the only one that could not tell me what day of the week they would be out. They responded that the other companies were run by more
