After having scheduled my aeration over a week ago, I called to find out if I was still on the schedule. I was told that my yard might still be done by the end of that day (Saturday), but that it might be Sunday. This after an entire week of waiting, and hoping my yard would be done each day. I asked why their company not only charged almost twice as much as others, but also was the only one that could not tell me what day of the week they would be out.
