I have used Bill & Rods for Sales, & Service on my appliances. I have gotten honest & fair prices on both services. We purchased a home & bought all our appliances through them. They were knowledgeable & very competitive on the prices. They even threw in a major component warranty on ALL of my appliances for free. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. I have read the above comments & chalk it up to sour grapes & someone who is totally out of the loop on any servicer in business in this day and age. Bill & Rods have employed their service Techs for a long time & is refreshing to know, you can have the same tech when you call. It says a LOT for the company to keep their staff for many years & very low turnover. THANK YOU Bill & Rods for a high quality Business in an era of shoddy Customer Service.
