Best

Thank you for the exceptional service we received from your team in Reno, NV. REDGIE,John,Oscar and Mike. I got my car in one day. I love my new Honda Accord and you should kno...

Worst

My wife took her volvo here to get the oil changed, and reports that they immediately tried to sell her a service package of over $350. She says she won't go back. Pros: Fast...

Just Say...NO!!! 9/4/2011

Good: The location and cleanliness of the Bill Pearce Motors dealership were the only two "positive" items that I can think of.. Bad: I have purchased two BMW's from Bill Pearce Motors. I had hoped in 10+ years, their customer service would have improved but it hasn't. Get EVERYTHING in writing beforehand; do not trust a word that comes out of any Client Advisor's mouth. I had various items that were "included in the price" of the vehicle but while signing on the dotted line, I was told otherwise. I wanted the car, so I didn't "argue" but such behavior is very unscrupulous. Unfortunately, not surprising; nothing has changed in 10+ years.. Improvements: I would suggest that Bill Pearce Motors treat every customer as if they're a life-time customer. This dealership lacks professionalism on all levels. Unfortunately, they are "the only game in town" and because of it, their arrogance is unmistakable!. Other: Be very weary of Bill Pearce Motors. If you want arrogance, this is your dealership. If you want unscrupulous behavior, this is your dealership. If you want dishonesty, this is your dealership. If you want poor customer service, this is your dealership. If you want out of this world pricing, this is your delearship. So, consider yourself warned.. more

2007 M6 deal went smooth 1/12/2007

I live in Las Vegas. I gave a BMW dealer in Vegas a deposit two and a half years ago and they did not even contact me. In late spring of 2006 I contacted BMW in Reno. The manager told me to send a deposit and I'd be second in line. By the way they don't charge over sticker, in Vegas they want $20k over sticker for a M6. I know a manager for Chapman BMW in Arizona. He told me that they charged 15k over sticker for a M6 to a blood relative of the owner. Jason was my salesman and he picked me up at the airport. Everything went smooth. The car was covered on the showroom. Delivery and finance was great. AAAAA+++++ more

No bargains but they do treat you well 8/23/2006

The 'only' Reno BMW dealer gets an A+ for the way they treat their customers and a D for their willingness to bargain. We were torn between 3 cars; Audi, BMW, Mercedes - and finally made our decision based on the way that Bill Pearce BMW treats its customers. The sales person we dealt with at Bill Pearce, a lady named "Sar" was delightful, we must have made 15 visits to the dealership, looking at various models, test driving cars, etc. Not once did she try to pressure us into buying on the spot. We had a totally different experience with Lithia Audi - they basically tried to keep us from leaving without buying a car, and the Mercedes dealership, while friendly enough just didn't seem to know much about the cars that they were selling. When it came time to 'negotiate' I found that you are really in no position to do much bargaining. If you get $1500- 3000 off the sticker of a $40,000 car consider yourself 'lucky'. The only BMW dealer in Reno knows they don't have to discount their cars much if at all. (note: if you have the time and enjoy traveling look into European Delivery of your BMW, but don't arrange it through Bill Pearce - just do some research on the web) If not for their stinginess in discounting I would give Bill Pearce BMW a 5, but I hate it that I couldn't drive a better bargain with them more
