Very fast and efficient. Fair prices. Even lent a complementary loaner car while my car was being fixed. Highly recommended FOR ANYONE.

I took my overheating van to them and they said it wasn't overheating, and there's no coolant leak. Nice to know. I drove it, and I overheated. At least I was $30 lighter for their assurance. Thanks a lot, Bill Parks Auto. more

You Decide. 10/22/2011

We took our car to Jiffy Lube for its regular oil checkup. Mistake #1: asked an unhelpful flunky there who could only say they didn?t do air conditioning work where we should take the vehicle for work on the air conditioner.\r The guys at Bill Parks were always courteous.\r We left the vehicle with them and picked it up a day or two later. Relatively inexpensive repair.\r A few days later, while we were in the desert, the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air.\r Took it back and they used dye; discovered a small crack. A hefty but reasonable fee and the air conditioning was fixed. Over the perhaps 4 miles it took to drive it back to the office it had difficulty shifting. Upon arrival, transmission fluid was pouring out of the front end and dribbling all over the pavement. A phone call to them, and they said to bring it back immediately. Barely got it there and parked in an available parking spot.\r The guys backed it out of the parking spot and could get it to go nowhere else. more

"Best Of" in Stockton 9/5/2008

This by far is the best shop in town, hands down. Family run business, with top notch technicians. I have taken my car to the dealer, thinking it was the best thing to do for my car, and found that I was getting upsold on things that really did not need to be done. I have found that this shop gives me the honest handling that we all are looking for. They are a full service shop with excellent customer service. Ask for Mike, the manager, he's great at listening to your concerns and will answer what ever questions that you may have. more
