I purchased a new Dodge ram 2500 Cummins Diesel truck from Bill Luke Dodge and the engine light continuously comes on. I had to the shop 4 times in 4 months and it still comes on....

Tony-Tire Department:Friendly, prompt and patient. He answered all my questions and address my concerns. Educated me about different tires, which helped me to decide which I wanted put on my vehicle. Joe-Technician:Friendly, prompt and patient. He is he one that took care of the R/R of my new set of tires. Everyone I deal with, Everytime have have great customer service attitude! The service area is always very clean too. Last note; I prefer the "sacks" cafe crew and the menu. The new one just doesn't seem as clean and inviting to relax and eat in. more

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Bill Luke, before reading reviews and became a little nervous about leaving it once I read the reviews. I had a Saturday appointment to have them change my oil and find out "why" my 4x4 light was coming on and staying on. Well they checked the oil, but then called me to tell me that the technician who was to check the light went home and I would have to bring it back the following week. Needless to say, I was a little irritated about having to bring it back when they set an appointment with me. Well, I did return the following Monday and all went smoothly. My service person was extremely helpful. She continually called me throughout the day to let me know where they were on the repairs with my car and the status of my warranty coverage and even received approval and payment quickly from my warranty company. And it was all completed on Monday. They even washed my car! Although it started out a little bumpy, my overall exprience with Bill Luke was a good one and I would go back. As with any new relationship, sometimes you've got to work out the kinks... more

I have bought 3 vehicles from Bill Luke and get all my service work done here, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been courteous and honest. One time after an oil change i developed an oil leak on my Jeep. I brought it back to them, they admitted a problem with the filter and replaced it for no charge and no hassle - they even washed my car! I have been to other quick lubes and have had problems and they basically just tell you to shove it. Its cheap too, my last oil change bill was like $20 total! I'm surprised at some of the other reviews, i am always treated professionally at Bill Luke and will continue to bring my vehicles there (have been since 2002) - even through there are other dealers closer... btw, they restaurant onsite is fantastic - great idea! more

Bought myself a new Wrangler there... Treated great by my sales guy Glenn, and finance was mostly painless! seriously, i had some bad experiences around town, but none @ Bill Luke. I would definately buy from again. more

I have only had positive experiences at Bill Luke. I bought my Jeep Liberty there and also have it serviced there. All of the people at Bill Luke are friendly and professional - they go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. The dealership is very clean and they even have a cafe on site! There is a reason Bill Luke has been in business for so long and is a staple in the Valley - I will never go anywhere else to purchase my vehicles more

Best Service Department 3/8/2011

I had a problem with my Jeep that NO ONE ELSE in town could figure out. Finally i took it to Bill Luke and 3 hours after dropping it off they had figured out my issue and told me it would only be $80 to fix it. They even washed my car for me! more

NIGHTMARE !!!!! 1/10/2011

Recomended by Geico after hail storm, problems from the start - schedueling, three times it took, then went to pick-up, front end had a visible 4 inch crack in it (entire car had been video taped) prior to taking in for repair with this damage clearly not there, dull foggy area on new freshly painted hood, body shop assistant thought he could shine it up with his shirt sleeve- with no luck. then began a war of "witts" with Rick of the body shop- his weapons were all empty as were his explaination of what happened- claimed no responsibility, left the vehical there, was called 3 days later by Rick who reminded me my car was there, I owed 1000 deductable plus the check Geico issued me, then we were somehow disconnected.... pure hastle, and as of today 1 10 2011. will update later. please people, beware! more

Great investigative repair 2/12/2010

had a problem with my Dodge Nitro that the boys' up north couldnt figure out.. after wasting about a week i brought it down to where my bro bought his car.. Had it in the shop one day and they fixed it.. my rep was real helpful - she even returned my calls. would def take it back here again. Pros: thorough, found the acutal problem Cons: should have went there sooner more

They didn't make it an unpleasant experience buying a new car. I thought my salesman was honest and didn't play the typical games like most dealers do. The service after the sale is wonderful as well. Will buy from them again in the future. Pros: Very professional Cons: none more

BILL LUKE DODGE ISNT WORTH EVEN 1 STAR. MY MOTHER AND I WENT IN THIS MORNING. AND I WAS FAR FROM IMPRESSED WITH THE RUDE AND HORRIBLE STAFF THAT WORKS AT THIS FACILITY. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE BUMBARDED BY A PACK OF JACKALS I GUESS YOU WOULD CALL SALES MEN.WHEN WE WENT INSIDE WE WERE MET BY A VERY RUDE WOMAN AT THEIR RECEPTIONIST STATION. MY MOTHER AND I SAID GOOD MORNING TO THIS WOMAN, AND HER BEING THE WONDERFUL WOMAN SHE ISNT, SHE COULDNT EVEN SAY GOOD MORNING,BETTER YET EVEN SMILE. I WANTED TO MEET WITH A GENTLEMEN BY THE NAME OF CHRIS, I MET WITH HIM WHO PASTED ME OFF TO LARRY. HE WAS TOTALLY RUDE. I AM A FIRST TIME BUYER. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT WITH ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS, IT IS MUCH HARDER TO FINANCE A FIRST TIME BUYER. SO I BROUGHT MY MOM (WHO BY THE WAY IS THE SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MANAGER FOR KIRBY, AND ALSO HAS A1 CREDIT, AND WILLING TO CO-SIGN) LARRY WENT TO RUN MY CREDIT. WHEN HE CAME BACK HE HAD A SOUR LOOK ON HIS FACE. BASICALLY STATED THIS ISNT THE PLACE TO GO AND HE FELT IT WOULD BE BETTER THAT I GO TO CACTUS JACK. Dishonest! Do not do business with them! 9/10/2008

They changed our deal by $14,000! Made deal with internet sales $9K plus my car they said "it looks like we have a deal". I had this in writing. I drive 45 min to get there and after waiting in a glass cubical for hours they say they need $23K plus my car. They either lied about the original deal just to get me in or decided to try and take advantage of a female buying a car by herself. Do not fall for it. Dishonest sales practices! Bill Luke Body Shop 8/19/2008

DO NOT GO TO BILL LUKE ON CAMELBACK ROAD FOR ANY SERVICE OR REPAIR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I was recently in an accident with a Geico customer (their fault) and Geico directed me to the nearest Geico Express Repair Center, which happened to be the body shop at Bill Luke (2425 West Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona). The repairs were completed on time and in a satisfactory fashion; however, when I got into my car to drive away, I found my seat to be broken. The seat was fully functional prior to me leaving it at the Bill Luke body shop and now it does not work. Additionally, it was reclined about 30 degrees further than I ever drive with it. When I raised the issue with the body shop, they reluctantly took it to "review the damage", but claimed to not be irresponsible for the damage that clearly was not an issue prior to the car ever being in their possession. I escalated the issue from the account manager to the body shop manager (Wally Stokecrand) and ultimately to the general manager, Kim Carter (602-336-1535). I did not like to hear what the body manager had to say, but at least he was polite and respectful to his customer. I was frankly appalled and offended by the treatment of the Bill Luke General Manager, Kim Carter. He was disrespectful, dismissive, irresponsible, and just plain rude during our phone conversation. He refused to hear the issue that I had, accept any sort of responsibility, or offer any sort of options as a solution, aside from me to be "more responsible for taking care of my vehicle". Mr. Carter should be ashamed of himself and his behavior towards customers. He should learn how to treat customers with respect, especially in his current role as General Manager. I will never ever do business again with Bill Luke. I would have given zero stars had that been an option. Cons: Horrible customer service more
