We have purchased MANY vehicles in the past, so we know what to expect. This was by far the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. Our sales advisor Bryan Wiater could not have been more attentive, personable and in tune with what we were looking for. The dealership itself was also very pleasant. I even made a comment about how nice it was set up and it must be a pleasure to work there (the Starbucks coffee was a plus!). This is our 1st Volkswagen, but our daughter has had 3 in the past. The Jetta is great and I would most definitely recommend Bill Jacobs to friends and family.\r more

Virko was the nicest and most genuine service rep I have come across in a very long time. Two days after I was in for my service, my headlight went out and I came to replace the bulb. Virko saw me, came and shook my hand and even remembered me by name. He was very willing to go above and beyond for my needs.\r more

Great customer value! 3/11/2011

Nate Gustafson is a great service advisor! He answered his phone, recognized who I was, listened to the problem and was able to get my vehicle in for service right away - and provide me with a loaner car. The service technician was able to diagnose and perform the necessary repairs and I had my vehicle back in time for the holiday week-end. Pam, the cashier, was warm and friendly. These folks made me valued as a customer. more

Outstanding auto dealer! 2/17/2011

Bill Jacobs VW sales and service staff is outstanding. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from this dealership and I will likely consider them for future purchases and refer family and friends; as their service and staff is second to none. Additionally; the sales consultant (Andy) did an excellent job in matching my needs to the appropriate vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. more
