Bill Estes Chevrolet

I must have taken my car here at a different time than anyone else. I used Groupon for a total detail service. I left my car there for 4 days while I was out of town and also paid for brake work, shock and struts to expected a lot. The quality of the detail was terrible. The tires are dirty and did had not been cleaned. Was told that was from sitting in the parking lot for 2 days. The floor under the driver side floor mat was dirty. the roof had not been touched. The bug marks on the front bumper were still there. The door handles on both side had never been touched. It smells like a car that has been wet and locked up for a few days....NOTHING like a new car. I went to Mikes Car Wash right after I left and was able to clean everything Mark said they couldn't clean. NOT worth the $99 Groupon deal at all for me!!! The after pics I took say it all. If anyone used Groupon, cancel your appointment and get a refund. I was given a refund for the detail and definitely won't go ba more

This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Bill Estes Chevy and it was a great experience. As a female not knowing a lot about cars, the salesman answered all of my questions and put me at ease. They let me drive the car home overnight to see if it would fit my lifestyle and I loved it (new Traverse). I highly recommend this dealer and will do business with them in the future. more

I purchased a GM Certified Used Car from Bill Estes Chevrolet September, 2007. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had 8 warranty claims ranging from a bad heater core to having the top end of the engine rebuilt. My latest claim was due to a fuel gauge malfunction which resulted in my wife being stranded on 465 for an hour and a half in 85 degree heat with my one month old and my two year old girls. I went to the dealership in good faith expecting them to honor the lemon laws I had looked up and refund the price I paid for the vehicle. They laughed at me and said that buying a used vehicle is a ?buyers beware? and no lemon laws applied to them. I was concerned that I should have been aware that purchasing a certified gm used vehicle would have been a bad idea and when I read the lemon laws for Indiana I find nowhere where it specifies that this only applies to new vehicle purchases. I purchased the Trailblazer with 27,000 miles on it and it now has 58,000 miles which is well more
