Ron was very friendly and helpful from the time I called in from the scene of the accident, when I arrived at the collision center, and at the final processing when I picked up my truck. It was definitely an easier experience than I thought it would be. more

My service was great! Ron took care of me the whole time. He had all of the paperwork done before I got there each time and I never had to wait to fill things out. He also told me it would take about a week to fix the car and he was right! He is a great employee for Bill Currie Ford to have and I would recomend him to anyone! Overall my total experience was great especially with Ron helping me out! more

Ron Hoog was a pleasant and efficient representative for Bill Currie Ford. He very quickly estimated the cost for my auto body repair, scheduled it to my requirements and estimated the completion time to a tea. Excellent service and craftsmanship 1/3/2011

For the second time, I had to take my car in to have the windshield replaced because both times we caught a pebble or rock and on both occasions when the weather turned cold and the warm defrost air hit the cold glass - well you know what happened next. I highly reccommend the collision center for any glass replacement work and am appreciative of the excellent customer service as well. more

I brought my Ford Escape into the dealership a few days after an accident. Ron Hogg made everything so simple and easy. His customer service was awesome. He reassured me everything was taken care of. He made sure I had a rental vehicle within minutes, he kept in touch with me throughout the process and gave updates. My car took a bit longer, but that was due to Mother Nature. I would recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I told Ron that in a few months I will be back to trade my Ford for another Ford. Thanks! Casey Weed more

I am new here and did not know anybody to take me car to. I took my car someplace else first, but I was not satisfied. I was referred to go to Bill Currie Collision and was very impressed when I got my oil changed there. I decided to continue going there. They have excellent customer service and knowledge of their job. They worked well with the insurance and worked well with me. They are great. As a newcomer not knowing anybody I was glad to find Bill Currie. They fixed the rear end, bumper, and side of my car. It looks beautiful, like a brand new car. I love it. I know that they are detail oriented, and they know what they are doing, whether in the body shop or mechanical work. They are funny and make you feel welcome. They make you feel like part of the family and make you want to come back. I felt as though they wanted me to come back. They will get my repeat business from now on, every three months. more

Bill Currie Ford is the only Ford place I would go to. As far as the work, and their willingness to compromise, Bill Currie has been a 5. I have had 3 different cars taken to them after accidents. They have always done a great job on everything. They also handle all the insurance as well, so I don't have to do anything. In the past, I used their service a lot, but lately I haven't as much because I am not as close to them. However, I have a Grand Marquis and they are the only ones I let touch it. We have been in Tampa for 22 years, and I used Bill Currie Ford off and on throughout that time. I haven't really bought a car there, I used them more for service and as a body shop. The quality of service is what makes me use Bill Currie. You can go to another place and get better prices, but with Bill Currie Ford, I know that I am not going to have to come back with the same problem. Often with other places, though they quote a lower price, they keep adding on additional things, like a hose, or a some other small part, so it ends up being expensive. more

I called Ron shortly after speaking with ins adj so he was aware i would be bringing the car in. the follow thru was excellent and nnone would ever know the car had been damaged--excellent job by all. i so appreciated Ron;s help and the service providedby all,. also, a thank you for the shuttle --a lifesaver for me. i bought the car in 1905 and appreciate all the good service. more

I want to thank Ron Hogg for his excellent service in getting my car repaired and for dealing with my insurance company..he was wonderful!!!! I have driven Fords all my life and and have gotten my last 2 cars from Bill Currie....I would"nt go anywhere else!!! I also want to acknowledge the wonderful service of Tommy Cornwall that I recieved a few months ago and also this time during my inital call to the dealership....what a great staff you have in the bodyshop!! more

My experience was not too bad actually. I took my truck to Bill Currie Collision Center with thousands of dollars worth of damage. They it took over 2 and a half months to put it all back together, and they did a pretty good job. Ron, the service manager, was pretty good. I could email him or call him anytime for an update. They also post photos online. Although, toward the end, there was about a week and half when I did not hear anything. Then, I got the "okay" to pick it up. When I picked up my truck, I did find blemishes and flaws. Some of them were minute and other people might not notice the difference, but from a distance you can see that some things were not right. After so much time and money, I have to wonder why these things were not caught and corrected before I came in. For instance, there is a spot on the front grill about the size of a quarter where the chrome plating is loose and crinkled. It was not well adhered, and it will likely peel after going through a car wash. There were also problems with body parts not lining up. I was not pushing to get my truck back, so they should have caught that. Overall, they were good as far as responding to my requests and questions. They even took time on a weekend to go over the the truck with me, and they were very informative. But, the quality of the end product leaves a little to be desired. more

I had a good experience with the Body Shop at Bill Curie Ford. My 2003 Mustang GT was hit on Sept 9th. State Farm allowed me to choose any of their select repair places, I wisely opted for Bill Curie. The final results speak for themselves... good prep and overall finish. Only 1 small blemish from dirt was found on the fender... have to look really hard to see. Work finished when promised, Kenny was the person I contacted for updates. Compliments to all who worked on my car! more

I had a minor fender bender and needed to get my rear bumper repaired. I filed a claim with my insurance company during the work week when I had the accident. I called Bill Currie's Body Shop on Saturday morning to inquire about getting my car repaired. They already had the claim information from my insurance company. They told me I could swing by on Saturday so they could look at the damage, determine what repairs I would need, and take photos. So I did and they said I could drop it off first thing Monday morning and I would receive an estimate. I did, and I was able to pick it up by Thursday evening of the same week. The bumper looked like new, my car was washed and detailed, and the estimate they had given me was accurate. There were no unexpected charges or fees. The estimate was detailed and clearly showed the prices and fees involved with the repairs. Kenny Grant was the gentleman who helped me with my repair. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and very helpful. I was in and out with no worries. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them. Also, the office and facility was clean and the staff professionally dressed. As a female in a car body shop, I felt I was in good hands and that I was dealing with a professional staff. more
