Having someone hit your car isn't the best way to start off your day. Luckily for me Ron took good care of me and my car. There were some delays however they were not predictable. All in all Ron stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date. He understood what it meant to keep the customer happy and in turn I walked away a VERY happy customer! more

The work that i had completed was top notch, you have an amazing talented crew from Ron as an advisor who stayed on top of the job from start to finsh,kepping me posted every step of the way. My, car a train wreck when I brought it in from an accident almost 2 week's ago. Ron and Dan understood how much I needed my car back,being widowed and needing my car to work. Ron promised quick and expedient repair and it was done not only because of Ron and Dan but the GREAT Body repair guy's who made my car like new again. This is my second time using Bill Currie Collision Center. With both of my visits to Bill Currie Collision Center I was taken care of from start to finish. I had all my questions and concerns answered in a very professional manor. My service advisor in July/August of 2010 was Joe Ballentine and my service advisor with my most resent visit on 2/28/2011 was Ron Hogg. Both service advisors went above and beyond with awesome customer service and I will always highly recomend Bill Currie Collision Center! This collision center is the first repair facility that I have used that has performed body work correctly the first time. I have also been plesently suprised with the fair prices for my repairs. more

Very courteous. Was scheduled quickly and done on time. Was called two hours before car was ready, so knew when to pick up. Enteprise was a bit chaotic when I returned to car rental. Left the car at the body shop with the keys, but when I got to their office no one was there. Waited about 10 minutes just to tell them I had returned the car. more

My fianc was recommended to get his vehicle repaired at Bill Currie Fords body shop when he was in an accident last year. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ron Hogg and the Bill Currie Ford staff therefore, we revisited the body shop when my Lexus was wrecked three weeks ago. I was in an accident where no other vehicle was involved and didnt quite know what to do. The first thing I did was call Ron because of how helpful he was in the past. He not only did his job but went beyond that when helping me through the insurance process and getting my vehicle over to the shop. My vehicle turned out as good as new, if not better and my experience once again was fantastic. All of my phone calls were answered and returned in a timely fashion and my dozens of questions were answered without hesitation or frustration- Keep in mind Im not the most vehicle repair savvy person. From start to finish, Ron Hogg was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is just one of those employees who genuinely takes pride in his job and doesnt just shove you to the side and treat you like another accident. Its never a great thing when your car is in an accident and you have to take it to a body shop, but it is a great experience when bringing it to Bill Currie Fords. Because of Ron Hogg, I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else to be repaired and I will continue to tell all of my family members, friends, colleagues and customers about my wonderful experiences with Ron Hogg and the Bill Currie Ford body shop.
